Advaita

Advaita is an electroacoustic work composed for ÉuCue 2003-2004 Series XXII, November 7th, 2003 at the Oscar Peterson Concert Hall, Montreal, QC. It centers on the space between laughing and crying. A fine line indeed.

Sat There and Clapped

This electroacoustic piece is inspired by Robert Fripps frippertronix looping technique. It features found text by electroacoustics pioneer Kevin Austin discussing the growth of electroacoustics in Montreal. It is also inspired by the principles of minimalism where the compositional process it that of process rather than form.
